Open Sided Container

A container with sides made of atarpaulin covered wire-mesh allowing unrestricted access through its sides for loading or discharging.

Open Top Container
A standard shipping container with the exception that it has no rigid top but may have a flexible, shiftable or removable cover, such as a canvas, plastic or reinforced plastic material that is usually used on shiftable or removable roof bows.

This term refers to work hours exceeding the ones agreed upon, overtime usually demands extra fees payment to the involved employees.
